Maria Morris

As a seasoned property professional with over 20 years experience in real estate, Maria has a wealth of experience across the sector and specialises in Prime Residential real estate and Residential Development consultancy.

After working for key global brands, most recently as Head of Residential in the Middle East and Global Residential Board member for a leading international real estate consultancy, Maria wanted to utilise her vast experience to its fullest and create a new real estate revolution; and as a result Maria
Morris Real Estate was born.

Ellie Street

Ellie has been working in real estate now for 12 years, having began her career at 18 in a well respected real estate agency in the UK and quickly worked her way up the ladder to become a branch manager at only 23.

She was offered the opportunity to enhance her real estate career here in Dubai in 2019 and has not looked back since!

Ellie specialises in prime and super-prime apartments and villa's in Dubai's exclusive Al Barari community and sold the second highest priced villa ever in Al Barari, earlier this year.

Ryan Almond

Ryan is a seasoned professional in the world of real estate, encompassing eight years in the vibrant UAE market and four years in the UK. In 2017, Ryan made a significant move to Dubai, where he dedicated his efforts primarily to the rentals sector, focusing on the popular communities of Arabian Ranches and Al Barari.

Ryan's experience in the industry includes representing and selling some of the most luxurious properties in Dubai, including selling the second highest priced villa ever in Al Barari, earlier this year.

Evern is an experienced real estate professional with over four years of expertise in prime and super-prime real estate in the UAE. His specialised knowledge extends to key Dubai real estate hotspots such as Al Barari, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai Hills, Tilal Al Ghaf and Dubai Marina/JBR.

One of Evern's notable accomplishments in 2023 includes securing two of the top three highest-ever property deals in Al Barari, both involving luxurious villas and he has garnered media recognition, having been featured in leading publications such as Arabian Business and Mansion Global.

Emma is an experienced Advisor in the Dubai real estate market, boasting an impressive 20 years of experience since her arrival here in 2004.

Emma has established herself as a trusted broker, known for exceeding client expectations and as a property owner and investor herself, Emma approaches her work with a deep commitment to transparency, which has enabled her to build strong relationships with both peers and clients.

Having previously owned a boutique real estate firm in Dubai, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her current role at Maria Morris Real Estate.

With over 10 years sales and marketing experience in the luxury real estate industry, Flora is a passionate and result driven multi-national professional, that enjoys fast learning, having worked in both SME and large-scale corporate firms, which has given her the ability to adapt quickly to different cultures and entrepreneurial environments.

Tom Farmer

Tom has worked in the Marketing field for 19 years - 10 of which has been spent in Dubai, in numerous different industry sectors such as E-Commerce, Real Estate, Investments, Consultancy and Petrochemicals - split between the UK and UAE.

He has vast amounts of experience in all aspects of the Marketing mix and Marketing Management including managing small teams of designers, digital & PR teams both internally & externally through creative agencies.

Hicham is a highly experienced and skilled marketing professional, who specialises in digital marketing. With over 9 years of practical experience in this ever-evolving field, he has honed his expertise in two key areas: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and social media marketing. These skills encompass popular platforms such as Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn, indicating his versatility in navigating different digital channels.

One of Hicham's notable strengths is his deep understanding of contemporary performance marketing tools, strategies, and emerging trends. This knowledge allows him to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Theo Thomson

Theo is an experienced Videographer and photographer, with over a decade in the media industry, across Africa and the UAE.

In 2019, Theo made the strategic move to Dubai and it wasn't long before he became an award-winning videographer, particularly excelling in Dubai’s competitive real estate sector.

Over the course of three years in Dubai, Theo's exceptional skills have led him to work with some of the region’s most renowned companies such as Ritz Carlton, the iconic Vogue magazine, and Knight Frank.
